Angry Fish 3D
It’s been almost a year since we have updated this site with any news. We’ve been working hard and learning a lot about Unity 3D. We don’t have an official announcement yet, but we have a couple screenshots we nabbed out of Unity 3D today of our newest title: Angry Fish 3D.

Unity3D
We have dived head first into Unity3D development and so far we’re loving it! We’re not yet ready to share any of our progress but just know that our next project will be 3D. The game engine “framework” is very similar to what we were using with TorqueX 2D however the tools are a bit more polished. Also, the community and resources available for Unity development are much more vast. Our initial target platform will be Android devices, but the power of Unity partly lies in the ease to hit multiple platforms including PC, Mac, iOS, Web, Flash, etc. Hopefully we can share some of our experiences along the way.

Angry Fish: Deep Sea
It’s been a while since there was an update but Angry Fish: Deep Sea is in the wings. The fish are leaving the sky to the angry birds and fighting on their own turf under water. Joining them is a new fish – we’ll call him the Clown Fish.

#ims211 – Where the game industry hangs out on Twitter
It’s interesting to see the #ims211 twitter tag gain in popularity today. It started as a tag by @scd to demonstrate the power of twitter to his students studying game development – possibly Interactive Media Studies. It’s the first time I’ve seen/been part of a tag that blows up in mere moments. Developers of all types have chimed in and @giftinteractive has already gained quite a few new followers. Check it out – http://www.ims211.com
